I like to fish. The morning light as we crossed over to Isla Cerralvo was incredible. So was the day of fishing.

- I am life long resident of Sonoma County I specialize in food and wine images. I spend as much time shooting images as I do the gathering source material to shoot. I love to explore the incredible diversity of our county. We are blessed with such variety and abundance. If I am not shooting it I am making it. An amateur winemaker since 92 I love to grow, harvest and ferment. When I'm not making wine I am gathered with my buddies, all members of the "Order of Meat and Wine" a small group who regularly conduct tastings. We each bring or prepare a meat dish, only meat, for all to sample. No veggies allowed at this function. It is great fun and another way to enjoy the bounty of Sonoma County. I hope you enjoy the images. It is a small snapshot at the way I look at light. I feel light shapes the way we see the world. It is for me the pigment on the tip of my paintbrush.
